Faye has 10 years experience in low carbon energy deployment, resource efficiency consultancy and energy management, with particular expertise in anaerobic digestion, biomass and district heating. Faye has worked extensively across the UK with clients ranging from large scale refineries, dairies, manufacturers, breweries, distilleries, airports, public service providers, local authorities, and social housing providers.

Chris Tomson is a freelance nature conservation adviser with 20 years experience advising farmers and landowners having been employed by both the Peak District National Park Authority and the RSPB as a conservation adviser specialising in wildlife, woodland, ponds, wild flower meadows, pollinators and wet grassland on arable, grassland and mixed farms, estates and small holdings.
Chris is very experienced in preparing Countryside Stewardship applications and advising Countryside Stewardship agreement holders.
Natural Capital will feature prominently in the new environment land management schemes and Chris is able to carry out Natural Capital audits for clients. Tree planting is also going well up the agenda but it's important to choose the most suitable species and in the right location.
Prior to his conservation career Chris spent 25 years in farm and estate management having trained at Seale Hayne Agricultural College. “ I was born and bred on a farm and have always had a great interest in farming and the natural world and have been lucky enough to have a career combining both of my passions.
